Air Vice Marshal LN Sharma is a Senior Administrator, Educator, Trainer, and Decision-Maker with a distinguished career of 35 years in Leadership Positions in Indian Air Force.

Before retirement, he tenanted the Apex Position of Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Education) with the responsibility of selection, education, training, assessment, skill development , accreditation & entire spectrum of Human Resource Development function with pan India jurisdiction.

He transformed Air Force Training Institutions, Inter-Services Training Establishments, Air Force Schools & Sainik Schools into Centres of Excellence with state-of-art infrastructure and contemporary pedagogical practices delivered through interactive technological tools.

After retirement he continues to support leading educational institutions  advising them on Strategic Planning, Continuous Improvement & Infrastructure development. He is the Co-Founder of Vishvasniya Education Foundation engaged with free mentoring of students for joining Armed Forces.

  •  Mentoring and guiding defence aspirants to join the Armed Forces through the National Defence Academy (NDA), the Agnipath Scheme, the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDSE), Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT), Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET)  and Sainik Schools.
  • Onboarding subject-matter experts (SMEs) and defence veterans for undertaking preparatory training for written examination & SSB interviews.
  • Undertaking outreach programmes with educational institutions, corporate organisations, and relevant departments of the state and central governments.
