Air Vice Marshal LN Sharma is a Senior Administrator, Educator, Trainer, and Decision-Maker with a distinguished career of 35 years in Leadership Positions in Education Branch of Indian Air Force.

Before retirement, he tenanted the Apex Position of Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Education) with the responsibility of education, training, assessment, accreditation & entire spectrum of Human Resource Development with pan India jurisdiction.

He transformed Air Force Training Institutions, Air Force Schools & Sainik Schools into Centres of Excellence with state-of-art infrastructure and contemporary pedagogical practices delivered through interactive technological tools.

After retirement he continues to serve with leading educational institutions in India advising them on Strategic Planning, Continuous Improvement & Infrastructure development.
